Cathe Friedrich is a certified professional group fitness instructor who has been teaching fitness classes for over 30 years and was inducted into the Fitness Hall of Fame in 2011. Works You Butt and Legs – This workout uses a High Step which was invented by us so that your working leg is more elevated than on a lower step platform. This increased elevation activates and works your glute muscles more than a lower aerobic step platform
Full Body Aerobic Workout – This high stepper workout will also increase your muscle endurance, enhance your aerobic capacity, and put your physical stamina to the test
